The Financial Reporting Manager participates in the accounting and reporting activities for the Group and subsidiaries, and has responsibility for the external financial reporting requirements of the business.

Description
· Producing quality financial information for external statutory reporting including half year and year-end reporting
· Producing quality financial information for reporting to external stakeholders including CAA and lenders on a monthly and quarterly basis
· Management of the annual tax computations prepared by external advisors
· Assisting with the audit, ensuring key deliverables are provided within the agreed timescales
· Preparation of key accounting papers to support the Group’s accounting polices
· Developing and delivering the data analytics work that reviews sales cash and costs at booking level
· Work with advisors to ensure efficient setup of new Ireland statutory entity and associated tax arrangements, transfer pricing etc
· Keeping up to date with the latest financial reporting requirements, ensuring that the Group’s policies are compliant and up to date
· Leading and supporting projects on an ad hoc basis as and when required (e.g. capital reduction)
· Conducting analysis of competitors’ annual reports
Profile
A successful Financial Reporting Manager should have:
*Newly Qualified (ACA or equivalent) - Perfect for 1st or 2nd time movers from practise.
*Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
*Experience of manipulating and breaking down large volumes of data
*The ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on accuracy and detail.
*Excellent Excel and Microsoft office skills.
*Strong relationship building/client management skills
*Ability to take ownership and manage workloads to tight deadlines
