Job Title: Audit Partner
Location: East Sussex (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £105,000 - £120,000 (DOE)

About the Role:
a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy firm are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Audit Partner to join their senior leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking and ambitious firm with a strong reputation for delivering expert audit, assurance, and advisory services across a wide-ranging client base.
As Audit Partner, you will lead the audit function, help drive growth, and play a critical role in shaping the firm’s future. You will also maintain and grow strong client relationships while mentoring and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the firm’s audit department, ensuring high standards of delivery across all engagements.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across various sectors.
* Act as a trusted adviser to clients, providing strategic insight and assurance.
* Develop and lead business development initiatives to attract new audit clients.
* Provide strong leadership, mentoring and development to the audit team.
* Collaborate with other partners and contribute to the strategic direction of the firm.
About You:
* ACA/ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience in audit.
* Proven track record of managing a substantial client portfolio and leading audit teams.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
* Ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to make an impact at partner level.
