NPI Quality Lead
Job Description:
*Leading and governing all quality activities in line with the Gated Work Transfer Process, involving machined aerospace components
*Leading a team of NPI quality engineers and acting as the primary quality interface with external and internal stakeholders
*Deploying NPI Quality strategies and internal quality systems. Including PFMEA, control plans, process flow, GD&T & Inspection strategies
*Defining FAI strategy in accordance with AS9102 and customer requirements. This will include dimensional conformity & material and special process validation

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Proven Aerospace manufacturing experience (CNC Machining is advantageous)
*Team leadership experience
*Proficient in establishing gate review for new products/processes.
