Receptionist - Join a Prestigious Law Firm Location: Fetter Lane, London Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 (with occasional flexibility until 18:00), salary based on experience between £30,000 - £40,000.
Are you a polished, professional, and proactive individual with a passion for client service? They are seeking a receptionist to be the welcoming face of our respected law firm.
About the Role: As our receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and colleagues. You’ll manage front-of-house duties with efficiency and warmth, ensuring our reception area reflects the high standards of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
Handling mail, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as needed
Working Hours:
Core hours: 08:00 - 16:00
Flexibility required to work until 18:00 on occasion
What they’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (ideally in a professional services environment)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Immaculate presentation and a calm, confident manner
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
