Job Description:
Our clients, a rapidly expanding Estate Agency in Lancashire, are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. The position will be working in a growing business with day-to-day tasks including Negotiating and Viewings
Working hours:
*Full Time
*Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
*Alternate Saturday with a half day in lieu.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator role will be offered:
*Up to £30,000 Basic
*OTE £35,000 - £37,500

To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role you must have:
*Strong customer service skills
*Experience in Estate Agency
*Driving licence
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
*Booking viewings
*Dealing with offers
*Registering applicants
*Covering appointments when required
