Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Location: Hove (Hybrid Available)
Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE)
An established and growing independent financial planning firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join its Hove office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services administration who enjoys working closely with advisers and delivering a high level of client service.
You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers with client servicing, new business processing, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships within a professional and well-structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Acting as a primary point of contact for client queries
*Preparing documentation for client meetings and annual reviews
*Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
*Obtaining illustrations, valuations and provider information
*Maintaining accurate client records on back-office systems
*Liaising with providers and platforms to track cases through to completion
*Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and internal compliance standards
About You
*Experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
*Strong understanding of pensions and investment products
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
*Working towards industry qualifications (desirable but not essential)
