Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step in your career with a respected independent agency in Hackney?
My client, a well-established and highly regarded name in East London’s property scene, is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join their close-knit team. With a strong reputation built over decades, this agency prides itself on its supportive culture, long-standing client relationships, and genuine appreciation for its staff.
The successful candidate will be joining a small yet busy agency in a vibrant part of London.
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
Salary/Package for the successful Property Manager:
*Competitive basic circa £35,000
*Free parking is nearby, although a car is not essential for this position
*Ongoing support and development
*Generous holiday allowance
*Career progression in an established independent agency
Responsibilities for the role of a Property Manager:
*Manage all aspects of tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and dispute resolution
*Working with around 120 residential units.
*Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance
*Maintain accurate records of property operations, budgets, and expenditures.
*Perform regular property inspections to uphold safety, compliance, and maintenance standards
*Collaborate closely within a small team to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction
Property Manager requirements:
*Proven experience in property management at a high level
*Proficient in Property Management software
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*In-depth understanding of industry practices and relevant legislation
*Personable and motivated attitude
*Strong admin and financial skills
