Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Senior
Location: East Sussex
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

We are working with a long-established and well-respected firm based in East Sussex who are seeking an experienced and proactive Accountant / Accounts Senior to join their friendly and professional team. Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of year-end accounts for a wide range of clients, including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
* Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns.
* Reviewing VAT returns and providing client support on bookkeeping queries.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Supporting junior team members and assisting with their development.
* Liaising with HMRC and other third parties on behalf of clients.
About You:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
* Strong experience in accounts preparation and tax work within a practice environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach.
* Confident using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or similar.
