Job Description:
Job Title: Head of Small Works Division – D&B Office Fit Out
Location: London Bridge, London
Salary & Package: c.£95,000 + strong bonus + benefits + clear progression

The Role
*Full responsibility for the Small Works D&B Office Fit-Out Division
*Delivery of D&B office fit-out projects up to c.£250k
*Lead, manage, and develop a team of 4
*Price, cost, and win small works D&B office fit-out projects
*Manage enquiries from initial costing through to handover
*Allocate projects and support delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
*Drive departmental growth, profitability, and performance
Key Requirements
*Proven experience within D&B office fit out / small works
*Strong commercial background with hands-on pricing and costing experience
*Track record of winning work and managing fast-paced fit-out projects
*Confident team leader, or ready to step up into a head of department role
