The Opportunity
A respected full-service law firm based in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor (1+ years’ PQE) to join its established property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level solicitor to develop their career within a supportive environment, working on a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload for a broad client base including businesses, investors, and landowners.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a general commercial property caseload with appropriate supervision.
*Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
*Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and variations.
*Supporting on development and property finance transactions where required.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless advice.
*Maintaining strong client relationships and high standards of client care.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year’s PQE in real estate or commercial property.
*Solid technical foundations and a willingness to learn and develop.
*Commercially aware with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
*Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
