We are working with several supportive primary schools across Liverpool who are seeking EYFS Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants to support children during this crucial stage of development.
Responsibilities:
*Supporting children within Reception / EYFS
*Working 1:1 and in small groups
*Supporting learning through play-based activities
*Assisting with early phonics, communication and language
*Supporting children’s social and emotional development
*Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS team
The ideal candidate will:
*Have experience working with EYFS-aged children
*Be nurturing, patient and enthusiastic
*Understand the importance of routine, consistency and safeguarding
*Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (desirable)
*Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
