Catastrophic Injury Solicitor (Serious Injury Team), 3-5 Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-value claims while making a genuine difference to the lives of clients at their most vulnerable. JOB REF:2725

THE ROLE:
• The team supports and advises adults and children who have sustained brain, spinal cord or other serious, life changing injuries.
• You will be responsible for the investigation and litigation of a varied caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors with between 3–5 years’ PQE in Serious Injury litigation
• Strong technical expertise in multi-track serious injury claims
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively, always focused on achieving the best outcomes for clients
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills, operating with integrity, empathy and sound judgement
• Ambition, resilience, and the motivation to succeed in a rapidly growing area of personal injury law
