Salary - £32,000-£35,000 (Depending on Experience & Qualification)
Working hours – Monday-Friday 9am–5pm

Responsibilities:
*Overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties.
*Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained.
*Liaising with tenants and landlords to address and resolve issues promptly.
*Managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring timely collection of rents and service charges.
Skills and Experience Required:
*Proven experience in property management is preferred with a solid understanding of property law and regulations.
*Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
*Proficiency in property management software.
*A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
*ATPI professional qualification preferred
