Real Estate Solicitor | Full Service Firm | Warwickshire | Hybrid
The Opportunity
A well-established full-service law firm in Warwickshire is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor (3+ years’ PQE) to join its busy and growing property team.
This role offers the chance to handle a broad commercial property caseload, working closely with a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, landowners, and corporate occupiers. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values high-quality legal advice, long-term client relationships, and career development.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a varied real estate caseload from instruction through to completion.
*Advising on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property.
*Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and variations.
*Supporting clients on development-related matters and property finance where required.
*Working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver joined-up advice.
*Maintaining excellent client care and contributing to ongoing business development
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in real estate / commercial property.
*Experience handling a general commercial property caseload with minimal supervision.
*Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
*Confident communicator with a pragmatic, client-focused approach.
*A team player keen to contribute to a full-service practice.
