Are you detail-driven, organised, and passionate about high-quality product data? We are partnering with a market-leading brand in the home improvement sector to recruit a talented Product Information Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and maintaining the integrity of product information across a fast-moving, design-led business.
About the Role
You will take ownership of the ongoing maintenance, optimisation, and governance of the company’s Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring product data is accurate, consistent, and structured to support commercial objectives.
Working closely with teams across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, IT, and NPI, you’ll help streamline processes, support new product launches, and drive data excellence throughout the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, analytical, and confident operating with autonomy whilst collaborating across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities *Maintain, update, and optimise PIM taxonomies, attributes, and data structures.
*Manage the input, validation, and accuracy of product information across all product categories.
*Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies.
*Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
*Provide training, support, and best-practice guidance to PIM users.
*Troubleshoot system issues and support users across the business.
*Collate and prepare product data packs to support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
*Take ownership of tasks, managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Skills & Experience *Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
*Previous experience with PIM systems (Pimberly experience advantageous but not essential).
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity.
*Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Confident working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
*Experience within the bathroom, home improvement, or similar product-led sector is beneficial.
Personal Attributes *Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised.
*Comfortable working across multiple projects with competing deadlines.
*Curious, logical thinker with a process-driven mindset.
*Adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing business needs.
