Job Description:
Role: Freelance Senior Site Manager
Job: Milton Keynes
Start Date: 16th March
Duration: 18 weeks
Job: Cat B, Office fit out
Responsibilities:
*Maintain and run a detailed project schedule, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
*Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
*Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all workers, visitors and students.
*Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the project.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
IT Skills: Procore
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30-4:30
Rate: £270 a day
Certificates: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
