Member Support Manager

This role is best suited to someone with experience leading operational or support teams within the IFA or wider financial services environment. If you enjoy improving processes, supporting advisers, and leading a team that plays a central role in how a business delivers its service, this will likely feel like a natural next step.
You’ll be joining a growing, well-established financial services group where the Member Support function is seen as a core part of the business, not a back-office afterthought. The role offers genuine responsibility, influence over how services are delivered, and the chance to shape the experience of advisers across the network.

The business is an FCA-regulated IFA Network that has been supporting independent financial advisers and advisory firms across the UK for over 20 years. It provides regulatory authorisation, infrastructure and operational support that enables advisers to deliver high-quality independent advice to clients nationwide.
The firm forms part of a wider financial services and technology group with offices in Cardiff & London. It is well backed, growing steadily, and known for combining strong governance with a professional, collaborative culture focused on long-term relationships and service quality.
The Role
As Member Support Manager, you’ll lead the Member Support function and be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of services to advisers and firms within the network.
Your role will involve managing and developing the support team, allocating workload, acting as an escalation point for more complex or sensitive queries, and overseeing Member onboarding from both an operational and regulatory perspective. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, product providers and internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality Member experience.
Alongside people leadership, you’ll play an active role in reviewing and improving operational processes, producing reports and metrics, and supporting wider projects linked to service delivery, systems and regulatory priorities. It’s a role with both hands-on involvement and strategic input.
