Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Part Time
Primary School | Tameside
Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and well-regarded Primary School in Tameside, who are seeking a part-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team.
This role will primarily involve KS2 general class cover, providing high-quality support and continuity of learning across the school. There will be limited planning and marking responsibilities, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA looking for a balanced and rewarding role.
The ideal candidate will: * Hold a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Have proven experience working as an HLTA, ideally within KS2
* Be confident delivering pre-planned lessons and managing the classroom effectively
* Be flexible, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Have a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
