Job Description:

Signature Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Membership Engagement Administrator for a respected London professional membership organisation.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in London, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with hybrid working in place. Two days are spent in the office and three working from home, with Tuesday set as the main office day. Salary ranges from £33,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience. The role sits within a small, experienced, and supportive membership team. Work is driven by trust, collaboration, and shared responsibility, with no micromanagement. Over time, this position offers an opportunity to become a trusted source of expertise within membership operations, alongside long-term stability. Strong emphasis is placed on wellbeing, training, and consistency. Once established, the role offers autonomy, ownership, and clear responsibility within a well-structured and respected organisation.
Membership Engagement Administrator – Key Responsibilities:*Respond to member enquiries across email, phone, and CRM systems
*Maintain accurate membership records and subscription details
*Process applications, renewals, upgrades, refunds, and payment queries
*Support billing cycles and direct debit processes in line with policy
*Coordinate membership benefits, communications, and engagement activity
*Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and service delivery
Membership Engagement Administrator – Key Skills:*Experience in administration, customer service, or membership environments
*Confidence using CRM systems and handling financial transactions
*High attention to detail with strong data accuracy
*Professional communication skills, including sensitive conversations are essential
