Job Description:
Buxted Construction Ltd is a leading groundworks specialist in the new housing industry, with over £95m turnover, working for many large housing developers in south-east England. Established over 25 years, the company is a leader in this field and has built a solid base for the future.
The role includes
*processing purchase ledger invoices using web technologies and matching them to corresponding orders, liaising with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation
*Some end of month reconciliations
*Communications with site foremen to confirm operatives are booked in for work and helping process payments via payroll and subcontract ledgers.
*Managing a shared mailbox
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in an online digital environment and you must be comfortable using Excel. Accounts experience is essential and you must be able to demonstrate numeracy, common sense and attention to detail with accuracy in work.

Working Hours and Benefits
8.30am - 5.00 pm, Monday - Friday

The role includes
