With a head office in Bristol and additional offices across the South West and Wales, the firm supports a diverse client base, including local, national, and international clients. The Job:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Administrator or Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team. This is a full-time, office-based position. The role involves generating client engagement letters, preparing documents, using online legal portals, and liaising with clients to take instructions and progress matters.
Responsibilities will also include
*Arranging appointments
*Taking messages
*Covering general incoming calls
*Franking and sending post
*Taking client payments


The Person:
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with good IT and time management skills and a professional approach to client service. Previous administration experience is essential.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Good time management skills.
*Friendly and professional approach when dealing with clients.


The Benefits:
Pension , 21 days holiday, plus 1 additional day for birthday and long service after 5 years.


The Location:
Fishponds, Bristol BS16 (office based)


The Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (with 1 hour for lunch)
