I am looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Disputes department, supporting at senior level in a role that is fast-paced, visible and genuinely valued.
?? The Role This is a true EA position for someone who enjoys being one step ahead:
* Heavy diary and inbox management for senior fee earners

* Coordinating complex meetings, hearings and deadlines

* Business Development organisation - pitches, events and client activity

* Managing correspondence, documents and confidential material

* Acting as a trusted right hand within a busy litigation practice

* Salary: Up to £55,000

* Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm

* Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 from home

* Strong EA-level diary and inbox management skills

* Confidence, organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
