Audit and Accounts Senior - High Wycombe
Salary: £47,000 - £52,000

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading audits from planning through to completion
* Preparing statutory accounts and handling compliance work
* Reviewing junior work and giving clear, constructive feedback
* Delegating effectively to assistants and trainees
* Managing shifting priorities with confidence
* Building strong client relationships
* Maintaining tight control over budgets and time costs
What you’ll bring:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in practice
* Experience leading audits
* ICAEW or ACCA qualified, or a strong finalist
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Commercial awareness and a high standard of professionalism
* Commitment to a long term career in practice
* Must have full right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available
