Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer-aided design and will manage and deliver interior design projects from concept through site execution. The role involves close collaboration with clients, builders, and internal design teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented, documented, and delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
*Liaise with clients and builders on-site, responding promptly to design queries
*Maintain accurate written updates and document all design changes
*Interpret and explain drawings and design details to contractors
*Specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
*Monitor site progress, identifying defects or deviations from design
*Coordinate purchasing and timely delivery of materials
*Update internal design teams on site progress and changes
Position: Junior Designer
Skills
*Previous experience in an interior design practice
*Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and procurement
*Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
*High attention to detail and ability to work independently
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop (Revit, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max desirable)
*Valid driving licence (Desirable)
