Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Stirlingshire Office (with established hybrid working policy - 2 days in office)

They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor, for a client facing role to be responsible for handling a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
*Draft and negotiate commercial property contracts and agreements.
*Advise clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
*Conduct due diligence and property searches.
*Manage property disputes and litigation.
*Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
*Collaborate with other legal professionals.
