Job Description:
We’re recruiting for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a nationally recognised Employment team working with a broad range of employer clients, from SMEs to multinational organisations.
This role offers high-quality, varied work in a collaborative and supportive environment, alongside lawyers who are leaders in their field.
The Role *Managing your own caseload, from advisory matters to Employment Tribunal litigation
*Advising employers on TUPE, restructures, contracts, policies, and senior exits
*Supporting corporate and commercial teams on employment aspects of transactions
*Running tribunal claims end-to-end, including drafting pleadings and advocacy
*Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
*Supporting business development and client relationships
About You *5+ years’ PQE in Employment Law (might have some flexibility)
*Strong experience advising employer clients
*Confident managing tribunal claims from start to finish
*Experience with TUPE and M&A-related employment issues
*Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills
*Collaborative and commercially minded
Location Flexible: Edinburgh or Glasgow Office
