Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant in the Aston area.

Job requirements:
• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND, including autism and communication needs
• Enhanced Child/Adult DBS on the Update Service
• Valid passport
• Ability to obtain 24 months of employer or academic references
• A patient, reliable, and proactive approach
Role responsibilities:
• Support students in the classroom and during structured activities
• Provide tailored support to meet individual learning and SEN needs
• Assist the teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour support
• Encourage engagement, independence, and positive outcomes for learners
About Smart Education:
Smart Education is a specialist Education and Early Years agency, recruiting for both permanent and temporary roles including Teachers, Teaching Assistants, SEND professionals, Nursery Nurses, and Tutors.
