Job Description:
Senior Planning Lawyer – Remote Working – Up to £60 Umbrella – 3 month initial contract
Venn Group is currently supporting a Local Authority in the Midlands in their search for an experienced Senior Planning Lawyer to join their legal team on an interim basis.
Assignment details:
*Duration: 3 months initially
*Working arrangement: Predominantly remote, with occasional office attendance as required
*Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella (DOE)
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing a caseload of general planning law matters
*Advising officers and members on a wide range of planning issues
*Drafting and reviewing planning-related legal documentation
*Supporting the wider legal team on planning matters as required
The ideal candidate will:
*Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive
*Have recent experience handling planning law matters within a Local Authority
*Be able to work autonomously and hit the ground running
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planning lawyer seeking a flexible, remote interim role within the public sector.
