Senior Product Manager – CRM, FSM & CPQ Platforms
Location: Cheltenham / Remote
Salary: £95,000 + Car Allowance

Our client, a global business, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and evolution of its core sales and service platforms, including CRM, Field Service Management (FSM), CPQ and eCommerce.


This is a senior, hands-on product leadership role with responsibility for global platforms, partner management, budget ownership and a team of five direct reports. The role sits at the intersection of technology, commercial teams and operations, ensuring platforms deliver measurable value across a complex, multi-country environment.


What you’ll do
*Own the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for CRM, FSM, CPQ and eCommerce platforms
*Lead and develop a high-performing global product team (5 direct reports)
*Manage global implementation partners and vendors, ensuring value delivery and alignment
*Own platform budgets and investment planning across regions
*Act as the senior bridge between sales, service, IT, digital and business stakeholders
*Drive adoption, consistency of use and value realisation across the organisation
*Shape the evolution and deployment of platforms in line with enterprise architecture standards
*Lead stakeholder engagement across culturally diverse, hybrid and remote teams
*Ensure platforms support scalable growth, improved customer experience and operational efficiency


What we’re looking for
*10+ years’ experience working with enterprise sales and service platforms
*Proven experience as a Product Manager, Platform Product Manager, or Senior Product Owner
*Strong background in CRM, FSM and CPQ, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
*Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (CRM, FSM)
*Experience with Oracle-based quoting / CPQ tools
*Background in Business Analysis, business partnering or functional leadership
*Proven experience managing global teams, partners and stakeholders across time zones
*Comfortable operating in a hybrid, matrixed organisation
*Fluent English required; additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese) are advantageous
