Graduate Recruitment ConsultantLondon | £29,000 basic + uncapped commission

Your Day-to-DayIn this role, you’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, acting as a trusted point of contact for both clients and candidates.
You will:
*Build and develop relationships with clients across professional services.
*Identify, attract, and interview high-quality candidates.
*Create and manage job advertisements.
*Coordinate interviews and provide feedback.
*Negotiate offers and secure placements.
*Work towards clear performance targets and earn commission.
What We’re Looking For*Commercial experience is essential (sales, account management, retail management, or other customer-facing roles).
*Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
*Excellent organisation and time management.
*Motivation, resilience, and a desire to progress.
*Degree educated to a 2:2 or above (preferred, not essential).
