We are currently working with a well-established and growing accountancy practice based just outside High Wycombe, to recruit an experienced Senior Account Manager.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, friendly firm at an exciting stage of growth, with a clear and realistic progression path to Account Director and ultimately Practice Manager as the current Directors begin to reduce their hours.
The practice is based in beautiful settings and offers a supportive, collaborative environment where senior team members genuinely influence how the firm develops.

The role *Managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed clients
*Acting as the main client contact and trusted adviser
*Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax work
*Preparing accounts and tax for more complex clients
*Liaising with HMRC and handling enquiries
*Mentoring and supporting junior team members
*Leading client meetings and identifying advisory opportunities
The ideal candidate *ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
*Strong experience within an accountancy practice
*Confident managing client relationships end to end
*Commercially minded with strong communication skills
*Comfortable mentoring staff and working closely with Directors
