Production Materials Technician
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Contract: Full-time, 12-month FTC
Hourly Rate: £14.45
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm (with paid overtime in busy periods)

We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Production Materials Technician to support day-to-day production operations within a well-established, friendly, and safety-focused manufacturing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality products are made safely and consistently. Your day may include:
*Preparing, blending, and handling raw materials according to precise batch instructions
*Monitoring mixing processes and adjusting settings to maintain quality and consistency
*Inspecting, labelling, and packing finished products to high standards
*Reporting equipment issues or product defects promptly
*Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
*Accurately completing basic production documentation and using Microsoft Office for data entry and communication
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
*Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
*Confidence working with measurements, weights, and basic maths
*Experience using MS Excel
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow clear instructions
*A proactive, team-focused attitude
*Physical ability to lift materials and stay active throughout your shift
