*Proven experience in credit control within a manufacturing or similar industry
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Ability to negotiate and resolve payment issues diplomatically
*Experience with accounting or ERP systems is desirable
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Knowledge of credit control best practices and relevant legislation
*Office based
