Job Description:
Collins Property Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading independent estate agency brand seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead the launch of their new Islington office.
As Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of building the Islington office from the ground up. You will manage, motivate, and grow a sales team while personally driving sales activity and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new office within a well-established and respected brand.
Key Responsibilities of Sales Manager:
*Lead, coach, and inspire a team of estate agents to achieve and exceed targets.
*Conduct market appraisals for prospective clients.
*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to establish a strong presence in the local market.
*Drive new business acquisition while maintaining excellent client relationships.
*Report on performance metrics and contribute to business growth plans.
*Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the estate agency sector.
*Strong track record in conducting property market appraisals.
*Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team.
*Ambition, resilience, and a proactive approach to a cold start office environment.
*Knowledge of the Islington area.
Compensation & Benefits:
*Competitive guaranteed package of up to £70,000 incl. car allowance for the first year.
*From year two: basic salary, pool commission, and performance-based bonuses.
