Main Duties:
As a Finance Assistant, your main duties include:
*Oversee and reconcile the company’s cash and treasury-related activities
*Carry out regular bank and transaction reconciliations to ensure accuracy
*Process and review invoicing, sales, commissions, and expense-related items
*Manage foreign currency transactions and conversions
*Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries via email and phone
*Reconcile incoming payments and records within the company’s financial systems
*Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations as part of reporting cycles
*Provide cover and support for team members during periods of leave
*Assist with month-end processes, projects, and other ad hoc finance tasks
Location / Office / Culture
You will be working hybrid, typically 3 days a week, from the contemporary based in Lichfield. The company has flexible working arrangements and fantastic opportunity for progression. This role is ideal for someone knowledgeable and sharp, who thrives in a fast paced environment.
