Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

This role is suited to candidates with previous office administration or finance experience who enjoy working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets, and who want to continue building their career in finance within a business that genuinely invests in its people.

The role As Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the accounts receivable function, with a strong focus on bank and account reconciliations. You’ll work closely with the wider finance team to ensure cash is accurately recorded, allocated, and reported.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Processing and allocating incoming customer payments accurately and efficiently
*Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
*Reconciling customer accounts and maintaining clean, accurate ledgers
*Chasing outstanding balances and resolving payment queries with customers
*Supporting month-end processes, including reporting, reconciliations, and audit support
*Maintaining accurate financial records within the accounting system
*Responding to finance-related queries via email and telephone
* Providing general administrative support to the finance team as required
About you We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-driven, and keen to learn. You’ll be confident working with numbers and enjoy contributing as part of a team.
Ideally, you’ll have:
*Previous experience in an office administration or finance role
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Good Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
*Clear and professional communication skills
*A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to learn
