Our client is a highly successful and well-established independent Estate Agent who is continuing to grow across the Diss area. They are now looking for an ambitious, driven, and experienced Valuer to join their expanding team.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will play a key role in driving business growth by:
*Generating valuation opportunities
*Attending market appraisals
*Winning new instructions
*Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage

About You
To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you will need:
*Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Residential Valuer/ Lister
*Strong local market knowledge
*A proven ability to win instructions
*A professional, well-presented, and confident manner
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*A full UK driving licence
