Finance Manager
Location: Hybrid (Birmingham) 2 days in the office 3 Days from home

Salary: £37,000–£45,000

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations in a growing SME. You’ll deliver accurate financial reporting, support operational teams, and drive improvements across processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
*Produce monthly management accounts and support budgeting
*Complete reconciliations, VAT returns, cashflow forecasting, and daily postings
*Oversee sales invoicing, financial controls, and insurance renewals
*Support payroll operations
*Monitor key operational metrics across purchasing and suppliers
*Improve finance processes and support ERP/CRM integrations
About You
*CIMA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or QBE
*Strong SME experience and comfortable in a varied role
*Excellent attention to detail and deadline management
*Confident communicator with a process-improvement mindset
