The New Business Manager will play a key role in developing partnerships and driving income generation within the charity. This permanent position is based in London and focuses on building long-term relationships and securing new opportunities.

Description
As New Business Manager, you will lead on securing new corporate partnerships valued between £100,000 and £1 million. This is a key role within the team, balancing strategic pipeline development with hands-on prospecting, creative proposal writing and confident external engagement.
You will:
*Grow and manage a high-value pipeline of warm and cold prospects
*Lead outreach, pitch preparation and partnership negotiations
*Develop compelling, insight-driven proposals that speak to both corporate and social impact goals
*Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to shape ambitious funding opportunities
*Support on £1m+ partnership bids, including budgeting, planning and reporting
*Ensure new partnerships are smoothly handed over to the Partnerships Management team for long-term stewardship

*Proven experience of securing high-value corporate partnerships
*Confidence in cold acquisition, from prospect research through to pitch

*A collaborative approach, working across teams to craft powerful partnership offers
*Creativity, resilience, and a genuine passion for making a difference
