I have partnered with a scaling materials and manufacturing business who due to growth and ambitious plans are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to there team.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a newly created role. This is a permanent, business-critical role supporting the delivery of the businesses most strategically important development projects as the company scales its materials technology.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
*Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
*Lead project execution while monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
*Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
*Facilitate communication across project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
*Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as needed for execution.
*Report on project status, performance, and post-project evaluations.
*Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
*Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive excellence in our project management process, enhancing our products, projects and operations.
About you
Essential
 Proven track record of delivering business critical projects within the Engineering or Chemical process industries.
 Expert in project management, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
 Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
 Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
 Expert in the use of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, Asana).
 Expert in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
 High EQ and strong communication skills.

Desirable
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
 Project management qualification from certified body (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP, Agile)
 Proficiency and experience in the use of business systems (e.g. Sharepoint, Power Bi, etc.)
