Job Description:
IT Support Analyst
We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst, with around 2-3 years’ experience to join a team supporting users across the company, main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
*Provide first and second-line technical support to end users
*Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
*Support and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
*Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory
*Assist with basic networking tasks (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
*Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests
*Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution
*Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge bases
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in a IT support / service desk role
*Good working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
*Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user management, password resets, permissions)
*Understanding of networking principles
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable (but not essential)
*IT-related qualifications or certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft)
*Experience with ticketing systems
*Exposure to Office 365 / Microsoft 365
