Pear Recruitment – Part-Time Property Manager – Enfield
Working Hours – Part-Time – Monday-Friday 1:30pm–4:30pm
Salary – £15 Per Hour
Driving Licence and own car required
Our client is a well-known and respected brand within the property industry and is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to join their busy team in Enfield.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in lettings administration or property management and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, efficient, and confident in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
If you take pride in your ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and deliver results while working to tight deadlines, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team.

*Ability to demonstrate initiative
*Excellent telephone manner
*Strong time management skills
*Ability to problem solve
*Professional approach to customer services
Duties will include but not be limited to:
*Opening pre tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPC’s).
*Raising rental agreements
*ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
*Dealing with property maintenance.
*Collection of rents.
*Payments to landlords
*Keep up to date with lettings legislation.
