Key Responsibilities
Client & Creative Management:
* Receive and interpret client briefs, developing clear project scope and objectives
* Lead client communications and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
* Collaborate with designers to create accurate visuals and ensure briefs are delivered effectively
* Present concepts and progress updates to clients with confidence and clarity
Project Delivery:
* Manage multiple concurrent projects across retail display, VM and window installations
* Coordinate with internal creative, production and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
