You’ll support day-to-day AP/AR operations, assist with month-end processes, and play a key role in an exciting NetSuite implementation. This is a great opportunity for someone proactive, curious, and keen to develop in a varied, fast-paced environment.
The role:
*Manage AP/AR processes including data entry, reconciliations, vendor bills, payments, and expense reports.
*Maintain vendor records, create purchase orders, and manage customer invoices and cash receipts.
*Handle sales orders, journal entries, bank receipts, bank reconciliations, invoice posting, and payment processing.
*Respond to finance and audit queries, manage the shared Accounts mailbox, and support month-end processes.
*Monitor cash balances, save statements, and chase outstanding debt
