Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bury, who are seeking a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis.
The Role: * Supporting the class teacher within a KS1 classroom

* Working with small groups and individual pupils to support phonics, reading, and maths

* Assisting with classroom routines and positive behaviour management

* Helping to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

* Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate: * Experience working with primary-aged children (school or childcare setting)

* A calm, patient, and encouraging approach

* Confidence supporting early learning and phonics

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

* Availability for a long-term role
