Executive Assistant | £50,000 - £55,000 | Hybrid working | Perm

One of our long-standing clients is looking for a dynamic EA to join their successful team. The business is a leading global investment manager specialising in private equity, private credit and infrastructure. With a strong international presence.

The firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the team within the private credit business. The team is 6 people including a c-suite executive.

Duties include:
*Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, with a focus on complex diary management and day to day organisation
*Managing busy and frequently changing calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings and proactively resolving conflicts
*Coordinating international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and visas, ensuring all logistics run smoothly
*Preparing and submitting accurate travel and expense reports using Concur in a timely manner
*Planning and coordinating team off-sites and events, including venue selection, logistics and agenda management
*Maintaining and organising team documents, files and shared resources
*Supporting effective team communication by coordinating meetings, tracking actions and following up as required


The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They will be highly organised, detail oriented and able to prioritise work in a demanding environment. Discretion and confidentiality are essential, alongside the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.

A proactive, hands on approach, a process oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and develop are key. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with Concur is an advantage.

The candidate will have at least five years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services or a comparable professional services environment.
