Chef de Partie – £13–£14 per hour plus cash tips
The position would be based in West Lothian, covering Hopetoun, Bathgate Golf Club, and Fork & Field.

Responsibilities:
*Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your designated section.
*Being responsible for the kitchen team and reporting to the company executive chef
*Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
*Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking processes as needed.
*Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment in the kitchen.
Experience:
*Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or kitchen environment is essential
*Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations is advantageous.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
*Experience in cooking, meal preparation, or working in a restaurant setting is beneficial.
