Job Description:
Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor who wants to join a company that can offer hybrid working and potential future progression to Director level?
We are working on behalf of our client, an independent practice with an excellent reputation, who is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS qualified) to join their team working within London and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in a mix of commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

*Up to £75,000 Basic (dependent on experience)
*Hybrid working
*Discretionary bonus

Chartered Building Surveyor requirements:
*Minimum MRICS or FRICS
*Dilapidations, Party Walls, defect diagnosis and General Building Surveys experience
*Experience in Commercial, Residential and Industrial
*Strong communication skills
*UK driving licence
