Are you looking to become a registered manager for an established supported living organisation .
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing multiple services across the local area. This is a fantastic opportunity with someone with a can-do attitude who is ready to take on an exciting challenge.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Registered Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
· Leading and developing a high-performance staff team
· Ensuring all CQC and local authority standards are adhered to
· Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding regulations
· Report and escalate any safeguarding concerns in line with policy
· Embedding a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
· Leadership experience in managing supported living services for adult with learning disabilities
· Sound knowledge and understanding of PBS
· Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and best practices in social care
· Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills
· NVQ/QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
· Full UK driving licence.
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday – 9am-5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
