Senior Claims Handler - Step Up to Complex Claims

We’re recruiting an experienced Senior Claims Handler to join a growing team managing professional indemnity claims for leading insurers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong claims experience looking to take on complex cases and play a key role in shaping outcomes.

Full time, permanent position. Hybrid working with minimum 2 days in the office. Competitive salary with amazing company benefits. Central Bristol area.


What You’ll Do:
*Manage a technical, varied caseload, making strategic, commercially-minded decisions.
*Investigate claims, assess liability and cover, and negotiate settlements within delegated authority.
*Advise insured clients and brokers, ensuring fair and efficient resolutions.
*Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your technical expertise.
*Maintain accurate records and provide clear reporting to insurers.
